Data collected

When you use a form, we collect the information you enter (identity, contact details, search criteria or property description), plus the IP address and time of submission, for security purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request and to match you with properties or buyers (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, with your consent, to inform you of similar opportunities (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is processed by the iMMOSOLUTIONS team. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, except for strictly necessary technical providers (hosting in Luxembourg) and, if you are selling, the buyers to whom you agree to have your property presented.

Retention

Requests are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise (transaction files: ten years).

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@newhomes.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (cnpd.lu).

Cookies

The site only uses a technical session cookie needed for the forms. No advertising trackers are set.
